Service order management made easy! The Zaslat Returns service allows your customers to easily handle product complaints and returns, including an integrated collection order.

How does Zaslat Returns work?

Go in person to the dealership with the defective product, do complicated explanations, fill out endless form and wait without an update for 30 days, before the repair is completed. The current standard of the returns process. Zaslat Returns is your way to the future of complaints. We think of your convenience and that of your customers. All you have to do now is wrap up the product!

  1. The customer fills out a description of the defect and their personal information.
  2. The product is taken to service either directly from the customer or from a collection point. Alternatively, the product can be delivered to the service centre in person.
  3. The service will repair the product.
  4. The product is sent back to the customer or to the collection point. Alternatively, the customer can collect the product in person. Done!
