    Before sending a shipment, check its dimensions and weight. PPL has defined limits, and if the parcel exceeds them, it may be refused or subject to a surcharge. Maximum dimensions vary depending on the chosen submission method (from address, from parcel locker, or pickup point).

  • How to pack a parcel?

    Pack the parcel in a sturdy cardboard box of regular shape that withstands normal handling and protects the contents from damage. Fill the interior with padding material. Do not use sacks, foil, open packaging, or loosely placed items.

  • How to label and send a parcel?

    Every parcel must be labeled with a shipping label, which you must print yourself and attach visibly to the parcel. If you are shipping fragile goods, add markings such as "Fragile" or "This side up". It makes handling easier.

  • What is the insurance for PPL shipments?

    Insurance up to 50,000 CZK is automatically included in the shipping price. In case of loss or damage, you need to file a claim according to the claims procedure. Remember that poorly packed parcels may be excluded from insurance.

  • How to send a COD parcel via PPL?

    PPL allows setting COD up to 50,000 CZK for shipments within the Czech Republic and 2,430 EUR for shipments to Slovakia. You enter it simply when ordering - just fill in the amount and account number. Money usually arrives within 7 business days after delivery within the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. The service starts at 39 CZK depending on the destination.

  • How to print a label?

    After paying for shipping, you need to print the label, which you will find in the order detail.

  • How does collection work with PPL?

    Set up a collection address in Shipment Manager where a courier will regularly pick up your parcels at no additional charge. Label the parcels with printed labels and hand them to the courier.

  • What if the parcel exceeds the limit?

    If the parcel exceeds the weight stated in the order but still meets the carrier's limits, you will pay a surcharge. If it exceeds the maximum limit, it may be returned without a refund.

  • When will my COD be paid out?

    We will pay out your COD within 7 business days from the day the parcel is delivered to the recipient in the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. Once the COD is sent to your account, we will notify you by email.

  • Can I track the parcel during delivery?

    Yes. After paying for the order, we will send you a tracking link. You can also see the status of individual shipments in your Shipment Manager account.
