How to pack a parcel?
Pack the parcel in a sturdy box of regular shape that can withstand a drop from 80 cm height. Fill any empty space in the parcel so the contents don't move. Tubes, sacks, crates, and packaging only in plastic bags or foil are not suitable.
How to label and send a parcel?
Every parcel must be labeled with a shipping label. If you drop off the parcel at a pickup point, print it in advance. If a courier picks up the parcel at your address, they will have the label and mark your shipment.
What is the insurance for DPD shipments?
Shipment insurance up to 50,000 CZK is automatically included in the shipping price. It can be used for loss or damage of the parcel domestically and internationally. Need to make a claim? You need to file a claim according to the claims procedure. But note that poorly packed parcels may be excluded from insurance by DPD.
How to send a COD parcel via DPD?
You can set COD up to 60,000 CZK for shipments within the Czech Republic and up to 2,000 EUR to Slovakia. You enter it when ordering - just fill in the amount and account number. Money usually arrives within 7 business days. For shipments to Slovakia within 10 business days. You can send a COD parcel from 39 CZK when shipping within the Czech Republic and from 59 CZK when shipping to Slovakia.

How to print a label?
After paying for the order, you will find information in the order detail about whether you need to print a label. However, if you ship goods from collection addresses, printing a label is always required.
How does collection work with DPD?
Set up a collection address in Shipment Manager where a courier will regularly pick up your parcels at no additional charge. You can print the label yourself, or the courier will bring it. Then just hand over the parcel.
What if the parcel exceeds the limit?
If the parcel exceeds the weight stated in the order but still meets the carrier's limits, you will pay a surcharge. If it exceeds the maximum limit, it may be returned without a refund.
When will my COD be paid out?
We will pay out your COD within 7 business days from the day the parcel is delivered to the recipient in the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. Once the COD is sent to your account, we will notify you by email.
Can I track the parcel during delivery?
Yes. After paying for the order, we will send you a tracking link. You can also see the status of individual shipments in your Shipment Manager account.
