Shipment insurance up to 2,350 CZK is included in the price. In case of a claim, you need to file a claim according to the claims procedure. But also keep in mind proper packaging - if damage occurs due to unsuitable packaging, the claim may not be recognized.

After creating an order, select a collection date. Label the parcels with printed labels and hand them to the courier who will come to pick them up.

  • What if the parcel exceeds the limit?

If the parcel exceeds the weight stated in the order but still meets the carrier's limits, you will pay a surcharge. If it exceeds the maximum limit, it may be returned without a refund.

  • Can I track the parcel during delivery?

Yes. After paying for the order, we will send you a tracking link. You can also see the status of individual shipments in your Shipment Manager account.

  • What is a customs invoice?

A customs invoice contains information about the shipment contents and goods value and is required when shipping outside the EU. In Shipment Manager, we generate it automatically for you - just fill in the necessary shipment details. If you have a commercial invoice for the goods, you can attach it instead of the customs invoice.
