Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced marketer who can lead a small team, make responsible budget decisions, oversee the implementation of established strategies, work with senior management to meet the company's marketing goals, and coordinate with internal and external clients and customers.
What will you do at Zaslat.cz?
- Build and execute, according to the group-level guidelines, regional marketing strategy and operational plan, including setting GTM and, with the most focus, demand generation strategies in partnership with the sales, product and operational teams.
- Initiating and project managing activities that will lead to the achievement of set strategic objectives, overseeing the execution of the allocated budget within the limits of the set strategy, communicating with teams across the company and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage the company’s marketplace brand position, corporate identity and visual brand design system in partnership with the product organization and group-level marketing.
- Overseeing all communications directed to the company's customers, from system emails to social media to website content, including effective retention strategies.
- Setting and implementing the content plan within the strategy and controlling the set objectives.
- Preparation of documents for creating the company's landing pages, responsibility for SEO and link-building.
- Communicate with external suppliers and oversee the execution of assigned tasks best to enhance the delivery of the company's objectives.
- Oversee internal and external communications (including PR, social, speaking engagements and awards).
- Ability to analyze customer behavior based on input and conclude applicable to marketing initiatives.
- Managing a small local team while cooperating with the group-level marketing team and other regions.
What do we require?
- Native Czech with English at the B1 level is a must (preferably C1).
- 5+ years of experience in B2X (and preferably C2X too) SAAS marketing, including strategy, planning, and execution against a pipeline and marketing-generated revenue goal.
- High communication skills, this role requires constant communication with other departments, management, and marketing teams from other regions.
- Self-starter who owns things takes initiative, extends it to an operational plan, and manages their projects and deadlines.
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns (GA, Meta, Li) with the help of PPC Specialists/agencies.
- Practical SEO and content marketing knowledge, including writing content and briefing graphic designers.
- CRM and marketing automation (user.com is a plus).
- Basic familiarity with: WordPress, MS Planner (or similar like Asana).
- Data analytics and data processing skills – able to create empirical measurement and reporting and derive insights that drive strategy.
