What you should know when sending packages to Spain

Do not forget to fill out a local telephone number

It is important to add a local recipient's phone number when filling in your order. The delivery process in Spain is a bit different than in the Czech Republic, and without a Spanish phone number, an unsuccessful delivery may occur.

Beware of foreign language

Carefully check that the address is written correctly. Even a minor error can prevent delivery. Pay extra attention to carefully filling in the routing number. If the address is not specified, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Prohibited content or content with restrictions

There are some restrictions and prohibitions when sending to Spain. These are, in particular, restrictions on the transport of alcohol and tobacco products and of course, further prohibitions. Before ordering your shipment, make sure that the contents of your parcel are not on the list of restrictions and bans or contact our customer support.

Majorca/Mallorca and the other Balearic islands

Sending packages to Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, and Formentera is as simple as sending to mainland Spain. Just remember that shipping to islands may take longer, so be sure to inform the recipients.

Canary Islands

Although the Canary Islands are part of Spain, they are not part of the European Union. Parcels to these islands are subject to customs clearance and are charged differently than inland transport. Please inform the customs officer of any information regarding customer support before submitting your order.

What you should know when sending packages to Spain

Do not forget to fill out
a local telephone number

When filling in an order, it is essential that you add a local recipient's phone number. If a courier is unable to trace the address, he will attempt to contact the addressee by using a phone number. For non-local numbers, drivers do not usually call. Always fill out a local telephone number to avoid delay and the eventual return of the shipment.

Prohibited content
or content with limitations

When sending abroad, there are some restrictions and prohibitions, which vary according to country and carrier or type of transport. Before ordering the shipment, make sure that the contents of your shipment are not on the list of restrictions and prohibitions or contact our customer support.

Expect
possible delay

Transport across Europe can be speedy, but it is important to realise that minor delays may occur due to weather, disturbances, summer or Christmas spikes, strikes, and, unfortunately, occasional human failures. Be aware of these possibilities, especially for important items.
