dimensions up to 45x36x61 cmup to 15 kg Measure your parcel before shipping. Zasilkovna has different limits for parcels submitted at a pickup point and those placed in a parcel locker. If the parcel exceeds the specified dimensions or weight, it may be returned or subject to a surcharge.
How to pack a parcel?
Pack your parcel in a sturdy cardboard box of regular shape. The contents should not move freely and should be protected against impacts, for example with padding material. Zasilkovna allows sending parcels in bubble envelopes and sturdy plastic bags.
How to label and send a parcel?
Print the shipping label at home after completing your order online. Place it visibly on the parcel and take the shipment to one of over ten thousand drop-off points.
What is the insurance for Zasilkovna shipments?
Shipment insurance up to 20,000 CZK is included in the price. In case of loss or damage, you need to file a claim according to the claims procedure within 2 business days of delivery. Zasilkovna reserves the right to deny insurance for poorly packed parcels.
How to send a COD parcel via Zasilkovna?
You can easily set up COD with Zasilkovna when ordering, up to 20,000 CZK or 800 EUR when shipping to Slovakia. Just enter the desired amount and account number where you will receive the money within 7 business days from delivery within the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. The service starts at 26 CZK.
Frequently asked questions
How to print a label?
After paying for the order, you will find information in the order detail about whether you need to print a label. However, if you ship goods from collection addresses, printing a label is always required.
How does collection work with Zasilkovna?
Set up a collection address in Shipment Manager where a courier will regularly pick up your parcels at no additional charge. You can print the label yourself, or the courier will bring it. Then just hand over the parcel.
What if the parcel exceeds the limit?
If the parcel exceeds the weight stated in the order but still meets the carrier's limits, you will pay a surcharge. If it exceeds the maximum limit, it may be returned without a refund.
When will my COD be paid out?
We will pay out your COD within 7 business days from the day the parcel is delivered to the recipient in the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. Once the COD is sent to your account, we will notify you by email.
Can I track the parcel during delivery?
Yes. After paying for the order, we will send you a tracking link. You can also see the status of individual shipments in your Shipment Manager account.
