How to pack a parcel?
The parcel must be securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box. The package must not have any protrusions or sharp edges. Fill the interior well so the contents don't move and there is no risk of damage. Sacks, foil, or loosely placed items are not suitable.
How to label and send a parcel?
For collection, print the label yourself. If a driver comes to pick up the parcel, they will have the label with them. We recommend checking the label before attaching it to your parcel.
What is the insurance for One by Allegro shipments?
Basic insurance up to 20,000 CZK is included in the shipping price. If the shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, you need to file a claim according to the claims procedure within 3 business days. Keep in mind that proper packaging is essential - if the carrier determines that the parcel was not adequately protected, the insurance claim may be denied.
How to send a COD parcel via One by Allegro?
You can set COD up to 60,000 CZK, or 2,000 EUR when shipping to Slovakia. Set the COD when ordering shipping. Just enter the amount, preferred currency, and account number where the money will arrive within 7 business days after delivery within the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for delivery to Slovakia.

How to print a label?
After paying for the order, you will find information in the order detail about whether you need to print a label. However, if you ship goods from collection addresses, printing a label is always required.
How does collection work with One by Allegro?
Set up a collection address in Shipment Manager where a courier will regularly pick up your parcels at no additional charge. You can print the label yourself, or the courier will bring it. Then just hand over the parcel.
What if the parcel exceeds the limit?
If the parcel exceeds the weight stated in the order but still meets the carrier's limits, you will pay a surcharge. If it exceeds the maximum limit, it may be returned without a refund.
When will my COD be paid out?
We will pay out your COD within 7 business days from the day the parcel is delivered to the recipient in the Czech Republic and within 10 business days for shipments to Slovakia. Once the COD is sent to your account, we will notify you by email.
Can I track the parcel during delivery?
Yes. After paying for the order, we will send you a tracking link. You can also see the status of individual shipments in your Shipment Manager account.
