V t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u010dasech nouzov\u00e9ho stavu zalo\u017eil eshop <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pivozpodlesi.cz\">Pivo z Podles\u00ed<\/a>, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu se mohl nad\u00e1le v\u011bnovat sv\u00e9mu \u0159emeslu a nenechat sv\u00e9 pivo v karant\u00e9n\u011b.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5><b>V\u00edtku, m\u016f\u017eete n\u00e1m na za\u010d\u00e1tek p\u0159edstavit koncept Pivovaru Podles\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na\u0161eho pivovaru se nejedn\u00e1 pouze o pivovar, ale sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed konceptu je i pivovarsk\u00e1 restaurace, penzion, a tak\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 e-shop <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pivozpodlesi.cz\">Pivo z Podles\u00ed<\/a>. Pokud za\u010dnu pivovarem, na\u0161\u00ed viz\u00ed bylo a je vyr\u00e1b\u011bt pivo vysok\u00e9 kvality, a to za pou\u017eit\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho postupu. U restaurace je to potom nab\u00eddka j\u00eddel a chu\u0165ovek k&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdm pivn\u00edm styl\u016fm dle piv, kter\u00e1 vyr\u00e1b\u00edme. Na\u0161im c\u00edlem je spojen\u00ed pivovarsk\u00e9ho \u0159emesla s p\u0159\u00edbuznou gastronomi\u00ed a orientace na na\u0161eho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. T\u00edm je jak \u0161tamgast, tak turista, co zav\u00edt\u00e1 do brdsk\u00fdch vrch\u016f, anebo ten, kdo koup\u00ed na\u0161e pivo u n\u011bkter\u00e9ho z&nbsp;na\u0161ich partner\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Otev\u0159eli jste v\u0161e najednou, nebo jste se postupn\u011b rozr\u016fstali?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne v\u0161e se otev\u0159elo najednou. Prvn\u00ed byla restaurace a pivovar, postupn\u011b jsme zprovoznili i penzion. Jak se n\u00e1m da\u0159ilo prod\u00e1vat pivo dal\u0161\u00edm subjekt\u016fm, a tak\u00e9 v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku omezen\u00ed v&nbsp;dob\u011b koronaviru, spustili jsme i prodej prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm e-shopu a celou distribuci. Uvid\u00edme, co n\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 d\u00e1l.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Co z toho v\u0161eho d\u00e1 nejv\u00edce zabrat?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejv\u00edce takov\u00e9 t\u00e9 operativn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce p\u0159edstavuje restaurace. Pro nikoho z&nbsp;n\u00e1s to nen\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed profese. U\u010dili jsme se za chodu, pozn\u00e1vali r\u016fzn\u00e1 z\u00e1kout\u00ed a n\u00e1strahy tohoto odv\u011btv\u00ed a vlastn\u011b se u\u010d\u00edme po\u0159\u00e1d. Dal\u0161\u00ed oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s st\u00e1le stoj\u00ed dennodenn\u011b spoustu \u00fasil\u00ed, je transformace z&nbsp;pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edho konceptu pivovarsk\u00e9 restaurace. Tady pivo prod\u00e1v\u00e1me host\u016fm restaurace a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159\u00edmo pod kom\u00ednem pivovaru i extern\u00edm partner\u016fm. Dokon\u010den\u00ed t\u00e9to na\u0161\u00ed prom\u011bny je pro n\u00e1s v&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm projektem a v\u00fdzvou. Je to ale tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitost kreativn\u00ed a \u010dlov\u011bk se neust\u00e1le u\u010d\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Zp\u00e1tky ale k pivu. Ve va\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddce vid\u00edm krom\u011b le\u017e\u00e1k\u016f, i r\u016fzn\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly, jako je Bock nebo American Pale Ale. Dr\u017e\u00ed se z\u00e1kazn\u00edci sp\u00ed\u0161e \u201cklasiky\u201d, nebo se odv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed vyzkou\u0161et n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na\u0161e p\u016fvodn\u00ed my\u0161lenka, na kter\u00e9 neust\u00e1le stav\u00edme, je rozmanitost a bohatost pivn\u00ed produkce. Na druhou stranu to nen\u00ed o tom experimentovat za ka\u017edou cenu. St\u00e1le se dr\u017e\u00edme toho vyr\u00e1b\u011bt pivo tradi\u010dn\u00ed metodou a pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze suroviny, kter\u00e9 k&nbsp;pivu pat\u0159\u00ed. Vysoko si cen\u00edme hodnoty tradi\u010dn\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho spodn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku, kter\u00fd st\u00e1le tvo\u0159\u00ed i podstatnou \u010d\u00e1st na\u0161\u00ed produkce. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b i \u010desk\u00fd piva\u0159 ji\u017e objevil mo\u017enou rozmanitost chut\u00ed piva, a tak pomalu stoup\u00e1 pod\u00edl na\u0161\u00ed produkce svrchn\u011b kva\u0161en\u00fdch piv.
